Lyssy May products can be ordered either by shopping online or by contacting Lyssy May via email. All products are dispatched within 10 working days of the receipt of your order (usually sooner).

Payment methods

Payment can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Bartercard, cheque or mail order. You can also shop securely online with Lyssy May using our secure shopping facility.

Direct payment can also be made into Lyssy May's National Australia Bank business account (the bank details will be provided directly to you when your order is ready for delivery).

Customers in the United Kingdom also have the option of paying directly into Lyssy May's Natwest account (Lyssy May will advise of amount in British Pounds based on the exchange rate at the time of receiving your order).


Currency Conversion

Many international customers will be pleased with how the Australian dollar converts into their own currency (particularly the British Pound, US Dollar and Euro). You may wish to visit www.xe.com/ucc/ for an indication of how much the Australian dollar converts to your own currency.

Placing an Order

Once you've had fun deciding on which Lyssy May bag you'd love to own or to give as a gift its easy to place your order!

Shop Online

You can shop securely with Lyssy May's online shopping cart. It is quick and easy. Just add items to your basket to shop online and once you have finished shopping you can proceed to the checkout where you have a number of payment options. Lyssy May automatically receives your order details and will send you an email to confirm both receipt of the order and when your order has been shipped.

You can also choose to use the shopping cart to place an order to be paid for separately by choosing purchase order (e.g. if you were sending a cheque, paying by direct debit, Bartercard, Paypal or picking up the order personally). If you are paying by one of these methods we will send you a separate invoice with all the necessary details.

Simply email Lyssy May with the details of your order, including the name of the product and its code and any size preferences where applicable, along with your name, phone number and delivery address.

Please note that Lyssy May does not recommend that you include your credit card details in your emails. Lyssy May is happy to telephone you when your order is ready to organise payment over the phone.

Postage and Handling

Delivery with Australia

Lyssy May will ship your order via registered post anywhere within Australia at no extra cost to the total value of your purchase (this excludes wholesale, bartercard and international deliveries).

Standard delivery times for Registered Post delivery is 2 to 5 days (depending on location).

If you are generally not home during work hours, it is often more convenient for collection purposes to provide a work address.

Overseas customers please note that further customs charges may apply in your country upon delivery (in addition to our postal charges). Lyssy May does not take any responsibility and is not liable for these additional charges.

International Customers

Lyssy May bags love to travel overseas!

Your goods will be sent Airmail using Australia Post. Depending on your location, Air mail can take between 3 and 10 days for delivery and is charged at a flat rate of $22.00 (AUD).

Please note that orders for delivery to overseas customers will not include GST (Goods and Services Tax). Lyssy May will deduct this amount from your final total prior to processing your credit card details for any order forms received. The shopping checkout will exclude these costs based on your overseas address.

Free Gift Wrap and Card

Have a Lyssy May product beautifully wrapped with a matching card with your own special message as a gift idea! This gift wrapping service is at no extra charge.

If you would like your order to be sent directly to another person as a gift, please complete the 'deliver to' section in the order form along with any other special details. Your receipt will be posted separately to you.

Online shopping customers will need to note your gifting requirements either within the comment box during the ordering process or by dropping Lyssy May a separate email detailing who the gift is for and their address along with any special message.

Returns Policy

Lyssy May wants to ensure that you have a stress free shopping experience! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange for a product for the same value or provide a refund (minus postage and handling costs). Your unused Lyssy May product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent within 20 days of the invoice date. Please include a copy of the invoice along with a brief reason for the product's return. It would be appreciated if you could contact us prior to returning the product.
