Lyssy May wants to ensure that you have a stress free shopping experience! Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or issues at any point in your ordering process and I always love to hear back from our lovely customers.
SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all of our treasured handmade orders within 48 hours, however on occasions where there is a short shop closure (e.g for holidays away from the sewing machine!) we will advise of any impact to postage dates. We will keep in touch with you to update you on the progress on your order.
Standard postage and handling within Australia is a flat rate of $10 or spend over $55 and receive FREE SHIPPING.
CHRISTMAS 2024 DELIVERY CUT OFF - last orders for delivery pre-25th December within Australia will be Saturday 16th December. If you are ordering within the Redcliffe or Brisbane metro area please reach out and I will happily try to organise local delivery :)

If you live in the 4019 - 4020 postcodes in Queensland, you can also choose local delivery at checkout. There just needs to be a safe place to leave your design.
