This slimline wallet is made from pages of an Australian Road Atlas published by Penguin Books in 1995, featuring the Flinders Ranges in South Australia and the region stretching east to the New South Wales border — including Peterborough, the Barrier Highway, and Lake Frome. The inside is lined with an information page about the Flinders Ranges.

No two designs are the same!

I love to collect vintage and retro books, magazines and other special documents such as sheet music and street directories to create a unique collection of wallets.

When designing a wallet, I select and cut out the pages (one for the outside and one for the lining) and cover them with clear PVC to have a waterproof protection.

From there I carefully stitch together the pages and fold them over to create your wallet, adding a Lyssy May label in the process to ensure its handmade story is shared.
