This handcrafted slimline wallet is made from the original pages of a New South Wales Cities and Towns state street directory — 12th edition, printed in 1998. The pages have been covered in clear PVC, folded and stitched by hand to protect the paper. A true limited edition collectable.

This wallet features Canberra's central suburbs, including Weston Creek, Woden Valley, and Belconnen. The inside is lined with an information page from the directory.

No two designs are the same!

I love to collect vintage and retro books, magazines and other special documents such as sheet music and street directories to create a unique collection of wallets.

When designing a wallet, I select and cut out the pages (one for the outside and one for the lining) and cover them with clear PVC to have a waterproof protection.

From there I carefully stitch together the pages and fold them over to create your wallet, adding a Lyssy May label in the process to ensure its handmade story is shared.
