Where are you heading? This slimline wallet is made from pages of a Melbourne street directory from the 2000s, featuring the eastern suburbs of Blackburn, Doncaster, and Box Hill. The inside is lined with an index page from the same directory (note: advertisements and index pages may vary based on the edition available).

I love to collect vintage and retro books, magazines and other special documents such as sheet music and street directories to create a unique collection of wallets.

When designing a wallet, I select and cut out the pages (one for the outside and one for the lining) and cover them with clear PVC to have a waterproof protection.

From there I carefully stitch together the pages and fold them over to create your wallet, adding a Lyssy May label in the process to ensure its handmade story is shared.
